The Winter Package Details
1. This package is valid for any day of the week except holidays.
2. Venue includes one ballroom with enormous crystal chandelier, dance floor, tables, upholstered chairs, cleaning and setting the ballroom, full table settings with china and stemware, free parking, skirted head table, skirted unity candle table, skirted buffet tables, skirted cake table, wedding ceremony in the ballroom with 25 special family chairs, and use of the facility for up to 6 hours.
3. Four hour DJ package including lighting, wireless microphone and staffing.
4. Ballroom décor provided by Décor Elegance. Wall of light up to 24’ in length. Low-profile centerpieces provided for up to 15 tables.
5. Table linens include up to 15 90” x 90” square white tablecloths and linen napkins for up to 150 settings. Napkin color choices include white, brown, black and burgundy.
6. All tables are set with our signature china, stemware and flatware.
7. Our guests on www.weddingwire.com have called our meals “the best wedding food ever”. Our food is made from scratch, not pre-packaged frozen food.
8. You may select a served meal or buffet.
9. Served entrée choices include:
- Chicken Penne Pasta with vodka cream sauce and California medley.
- Roast Pork Loin with apple stuffing and green beans.
- Marinated Hanger Steak with mashed potatoes and glazed carrots.
Buffets and served meals also include mixed green salad with Ranch and Italian dressings, fresh baked rolls, butter, and your guests choice of coffee, decaffeinated coffee or hot tea.

Additional Amenities
Spacious and impressive, the 3,500 square feet Grand Foyer offers the grandest of entrances to your wedding ceremony. No other location in West Michigan allows you to magically appear at the top of a grand staircase on the arm of your father, and descend to your waiting groom. There, the two of you can stand on the bottom step, facing your guests, and exchange your vows. Your families will smile through tears as you make life-long promises to each other under a gleaming gold and crystal chandelier.
After the kiss, the two of you can retreat to the Bridal Lounge on the Mezzanine or join your party in the Grand Foyer. From the black baby grand piano to the 23 foot wall of natural light, your wedding will be unlike any other when you exchange vows on the Grand Staircase at Grand Volute!
The Staircase Ceremony can accommodate 250 seated guests.
Outdoor Ceremony
For the couple who has always dreamed of an outdoor wedding, we have just the location for you. Our Wedding Oval provides a secluded enclave which is simple and elegant by design. The oval is carpeted with thick lush green grass with a hard-surface aisle that is friendly to high heels. The oval is embraced by a simple smooth white fence which creates the feeling of an outdoor room. The centerpiece of our outdoor ceremony area are five ivory Roman columns. Leave the columns as is, or dress them up for the occasion- your ceremony will look great either way.
Our Wedding Oval is just a few steps away from the Grand Foyer. When you reserve the Wedding Oval for your wedding ceremony we also reserve the Grand Foyer staircase for you in case of inclement weather. There is no charge for the Grand Foyer Staircase unless it is used.
The Wedding Oval can accommodate 250 seated guests. Rental of Bridal Suite is required.
Ceremony Packages
Our ceremony packages include:
- Exclusive use of the Wedding Oval or Grand Staircase for 1 ½ hours.
- The Grand Foyer is reserved as a back-up for outdoor ceremonies.
- Seating for up to 250 guests.
- Maximum of 250 white wedding chairs.
- Set-up and removal of wedding chairs.
- Use of one Bridal Lounge for the duration of the event.
- Use of one Groom's Den for the duration of the event.
- Self-performing grand piano (indoor ceremonies only).
- Wireless microphone (indoor ceremonies only).
- Gift Nook and guest book area.
- Table for unity candle or unity sand.

Bridal Lounge
Even if you choose to be married elsewhere, you'll certainly want to freshen up before your grand entrance as husband and wife. We offer two Bridal Lounges for brides who want it all. These beautiful private rooms are located away from your guests, but just steps away from your wedding reception. You'll enjoy full length 360 degree mirrors, a private restroom designed for brides wearing large gowns, generous size make-up mirrors, elegant furniture, wireless internet, plenty of closet space, privacy, and a little feature we call our Bridal Breeze (you'll have to experience it to believe it!).
